Responsibilities Include:
-Answering incoming calls from customers.
-Schedule appointments for patients over the phone, and follow up on missed appointments.
-Notify customers of any changes in schedules and coordinate with staff.
-Maintain and update patient records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
-Respond to patient inquiries and concerns, escalating issues to appropriate staff members when necessary.
