Talent Coordinator/Recruiter

• Source potential candidates through online channels i.e. social platforms and professional networks
• Organize and attend Job Fairs and Recruitment Events.
• Develop a detailed plan to include the following:

§ Prepare Budget for each event to be approved by upper management.§ Ensure the event does not exceed the approved budget.§ Research vendors for support materials that focus specifically to each event. i.e., coupons, signs, social media, email blast, flyers, postcards, call lists, supplies, giveaways etc.

• Anticipate delays to ensure on-time and flawless execution of each event.
• Work closely with Department Managers to identify staffing needs. At a minimum meet with Department

Managers quarterly to anticipate future staff requirements to meet the company’s long-term goals.
§ Work in conjunction with the Department Managers to design job descriptions.
§ Create interview questions with the Department Managers specific to the job search.

• Utilize Applicant Tracking program to post Job Openings to online job search platforms i.e. Indeed, ZipRecruiter etc.

§ Upload Resumes to Applicant Tracking Program
§ Record every interaction with a potential hire, input notes on the candidates record in the tracking system.
§ Track the progress of each candidate in the review and hiring process.

• Set initial video appointment with the potential hire to be performed by the Talent Coordinator aka Recruiter to vet the potential hire.

§ If the Talent Coordinator aka Recruiter finds the potential hire meets the requirements of the position. The Talent Coordinator/Recruiter sets an in-person appointment for the second interview with the Department Manager.

§ If the Department Manager finds the potential hire would be good for the position. The Talent
Coordinator/Recruiter will set an appointment with upper management for final interview.
Reaching out directly to upper management when setting the appointment.

• Follow the Onboarding Process
• Conduct exit interviews with the Department Manager
• Must be flexible and able to assist other departments when the opportunity presents itself.
• This position s to the President/CEO of Element Energy LLC

Requirements
Minimum Education and Experience:
-Bachelor’s degree
-In lieu of degree 5 years practical experience in the related field
– Willing and able to travel approximately 10% to local recruiting events
-Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word
– Experience with CRM software a plus
-Reliable transportation. Please note this is not a remote position.

Commensurate with experience
