We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract, recruit, and retain top talent for our organization.

The ideal candidate will have Tech Sector experience and a passion for talent acquisition, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping our company’s success by identifying and engaging top talent.

• Work with the Talent Acquisition and People & Culture team to review hiring needs and strategies.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using a variety of recruitment tools and techniques.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing and networking activities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other recruitment-related activities.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to streamline recruitment processes and enhance overall efficiency.
• Recommend and coordinate campus recruitment strategies.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment.

Experience and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, preferably in the Tech industry.
• Campus recruitment experience an asset.
• HR certifications are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering results.
• A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
