Our Talent Acquisition team recruits upwards of 5k people a year across the globe and to achieve this feat, we have the backing of an outstanding TA Programs, Operations, and Mobility team (TA POM). The TA POM team powers EA’s success with creative, scalable talent acquisition and mobility solutions through strategic and operational expertise.

We are looking for a Team Lead to join our POM team. You will manage a team of Talent Coordinators (TCs), focused on providing an exceptional candidate experience, and creating seamless and efficient recruitment support processes. As the manager of this group, you will inspire and develop this team, ensuring that they are highly engaged. You will report into one of our Talent Acquisition Programs & Operations Managers.

What a Team Lead does at EA:

• Lead a team of Talent Coordinators (TCs) based across Europe, balancing meeting goals with creating a fun, inclusive, engaging environment across a geographically dispersed team
• Champion the development of the TCs on your team
• Consult with others to create the right solutions to drive process improvements
• Partner with other Team Leads to ensure global consistency
• Partner with TA Managers and recruiters to support with TC related tasks
• Subject Matter Expert on Talent Coordinator processes and best practices, including the coordination of interview scheduling and offer to onboarding
• Lead projects within the Talent Coordinator team, and contribute to projects within the wider TA POM team
• Carry a partial Talent Coordinator workload when needed due to volume (expected to be no more than 25% of a regular load)
