Elderwood Staffing Inc. is Looking for On-Call HR Recruiter (3 Month Contract) Full Time

We are looking for a remote HR Recruiter to support our team, who takes pride in the quality of candidates they place. This is an on call position remote position, and is for the intention of helping the Hiring Manager with interview overflow. The responsibility of the successful candidate is to help conduct interviews, coordinate with candidates, and create reports for the Hiring Manager.

The successful candidate is one with strong leadership skills, who is strong in conversational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct interviews with candidates and cross reference them with current openings.
• Assist hiring managers with selection decisions.
• Assist with the drafting of job descriptions and the updating of recruitment marketing materials.
• Assist in communications with candidates, informing them on whether they have gotten the job or not.
• And more.

Schedule:

• As required by management (On Call)

Requirements:

• Previous experience in HR is considered an asset but not required
• Post-secondary business studies is considered an asset
• Hard-working, detail oriented individual
• Someone who love to learn the intricacies of differing industries and have a greater understanding of a businesses requirements

Pay Compensation:

• $17.5/hr – $22.5/hr
• Bonus Pay based on performance

Job Types: Part-time, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 15 per week

Salary: $17.25-$22.50 per hour

• Every Weekend
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
• Weekends only
