Training & Development Co-ordinator

£27,500 – £30,000 + Benefits
My client recognise that one size does not fit all and that their people are as important as the products they sell. Their overriding focus is on quality not just on their product range, but it is applied across all areas of the business, they provide the right training, support and work tools to enable their employees to be high performing.
This is where this newly formed role comes in, taking responsibility for Internal Training Programme across the business.
As part of a high functioning Business Services Team, that includes the Company Secretary and HR, the role’s key responsibility is to organise the up-skilling of staff by supporting the development of new starters and the existing workforce and, with the implementing a structured and successful programme, it will ensure that present and future needs of the business can be achieved, and longevity maintained. The training will be carried out by managers and internal experts, along with online training which is already available, it could be carried out by you and as required it could be with the support of external training providers.
The person:
This role will suit someone who is an assertive, intelligent, open and genuine person who enjoys building confidence and the skills of those around them. One who LOVES organising, works with a spreadsheet both in work and at home, thrives on finding solutions, is detailed and can work with pressure and who feels a great sense of achievement in getting things crossed off an ever changing to-do list. It will be a fast paced role.

… you have a relevant qualification – i.e.: HR (or similar Degree / Diploma), have at least 18 months work experience in a relevant position, are looking for a role in which you can develop and you can see yourself being at the heart of a business who put people first.
Please note: There will be 2 stages to the interview process that will include some relevant assessments, the 1st stage interviews to take place on Monday 1st August between 1pm and end of the day.
