JOB SUMMARY:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist II partners with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and will develop recruiting strategies by using traditional and non-traditional resources; source for both active and passive candidates by conducting searches through creative sourcing techniques including social media, job posting boards, cold-calling, networking, internet, trade journal advertising, professional networking sites, job fairs, campus recruiting, etc.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· SKILLS: A proven track record of working successfully in a fast-paced environment. Requires interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with Executives, Directors, Managers, and team members. Able to demonstrate problem-solving skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Computer literate, with experience in the operation of office equipment and Workday Applicant Tracking System preferred.

· Complete required work on a daily basis

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: (Summary of Key accountabilities/responsibilities for the position)
· Comply with recruitment processes and Service Level Agreement to ensure quality experience from both a candidate and hiring manager perspective.
· Develops and maintains productive relationships with community groups, agencies and associations, training schools, social services groups, and other contact networks to help identify and source candidates.
· Developing and implementing effective recruitment and retention strategies to fill open positions within the designated timeframe.
· Seeking passive candidates, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and administering appropriate assessments with a viable pool of top candidates to appropriate department director/manager for review.
· Attending conferences and career fairs as requested.
· Coordinating a structured interview process.
· Providing timely communication to hiring managers regarding the status of their open requisitions.
· Updating requisition data and recruiting reports in real time.
· Performing follow-up as appropriate including reference checks, offer letters, and rejection letters.
· Preparing all hiring documentation and working with Recruitment Coordinator to facilitate processing of offer letter and ensure successful completion of hiring process.
· Ensuring required documents are received and filed, and all prospective employees’ files are completed and forwarded to the Compliance department before Orientation, based on position
· Working on additional projects and assisting fellow recruiting team members, as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
