The Role

The role involves a high degree of innovative sourcing through different channels. It’s challenging and varied and you’ll be a trusted adviser to the Business Leaders within the Elabor8 team.

You will be hiring a wide array of Agile delivery-focused roles, from Agile Business Analysts to Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches. You’ll also hire people into a variety of roles using different sourcing channels, from Conferences and Meetups to local advertising as well as International hiring campaigns.

The Responsibilities

• Working closely with both the Management team and consultants, you will be responsible for the whole recruitment cycle, sourcing candidates in innovative ways, phone interviewing them, and liaising with interviewers and candidates alike to ensure it’s a great fit for everyone.
• You’ll work as a strategic partner in recruitment for the Elabor8 business and be an integral part of the Elabor8 Recruiting team. This isn’t high-volume recruiting and you’ll have time to identify strategic approaches for the best talent in the industry, looking at ways to attract them Elabor8.
• We are keen for you to attend Meetups and User Groups as a part of your working week, meeting and networking with Business Analysts, Iteration Managers and Agile Coaches and telling them about why Elabor8 is a great place to work. You’ll also be involved in sourcing talent globally through direct approaches and targeted advertising campaigns.

The Person

You’ll be an experienced recruiter or Candidate Manager with solid experience in recruiting professionals ideally within technology teams with an Agile focus, but that’s not essential.

You’ll also have a good idea of what makes a great candidate stand out from the norm and how you’d identify that at the interview.
