El Rey Mezcal Bar is Looking for Dishwasher Full Time

Pay is $17/h minus applicable statutory deductions + Tips ($3-5/hr cash)

Busy restaurant in Kensington Market, we serve a selection of delicious Mexican food and a mix of cocktails and Mezcal.

Our ideal candidate must be organized, thorough in their work and have an interest or experience with Mexican food. They must also be motivated, work well in a team setting and have experience in a fast paced environment.

As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for:

· Maintaining a clean and organized work station throughout service.

· Aid our line cooks with prep and stocking of mis en place.

· Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen surfaces and equipment used during service

· Reporting any cleaning inventory shortages to the Kitchen Manager

· Other duties as assigned
