EKFB Looking for Logistics Supervisor at Aylesbury Full Time

About The Role
 
At EKFB we’re shaping Infrastructure for a better tomorrow. All four of our partners (Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial and BAM) bring specialist expertise in the design, construction, operation, financing and maintenance of railway networks, including the construction of one of Europe’s latest high speed rail projects.
 
We’re recruiting for a Logistics Supervisor to join our Aylesbury Area of works.
As a Logistics Supervisor we require you to provide guidance and delivery within your assigned area on all matters relating to logistics. This includes Materials and Equipment Management; Area logistic and security operations including the off-site logistic consolidation; Vehicle Management including access control, fleet operations and maintenance; Support Logistics including welfare, refuelling and catering and waste management.
We’ll need you to implement policies and processes to ensure the Operational Support team is safe, effective and efficient whilst concurrently educating staff with industry concepts, practices and procedures.
We’d also like you to ensure that the Operational Support Strategy is adhered to and provide guidance on all Operational Support area. Ensuring the business complies with regulations and update policies and processes when required and maintain records, proving that the vehicle fleet is compliant with regulations.
We’d like you to be able to control and reduce operating costs, providing specialist knowledge relating to Operational Support management.

About The Candidate
Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in a construction environment
• Experience in one or more of the following areas – Desirable:
  • Military Logistics
  • Resource Logistics (Waste, Water, Fuel etc.)
  • Inventory Management
