Due to our continued expansion, we are now searching for a talented Software Developer to join our dynamic and growing Dublin-based team. This position is a remote role, open to be hired anywhere in the UK or Ireland, ideally close to one of our offices in Richmond, Edinburgh, Reading, Bournemouth and/or Birmingham, and Dublin.

Role Responsibilities

The successful applicant will work as part of a highly experienced development team, which will largely involve working on web portal applications that are currently written in Python/Flask and mostly driven by 3rd party API calls.

Whilst the initial focus of this role will be to implement this will expand further to support and develop more backup and disaster recovery products.

Key Duties Include

• Development and support of our products through integrating with customers APIs
• Development and support of backup and disaster recovery products which will enhance our client offerings

Essential Skills/ Experience

• Python, Flask, Django, SQLalchemy or SQL, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML,CSS, cross-browser compatibility
• Security Principles, Object-Oriented Design, Web Services (REST/SOAP), and the ability to understand and experience work with multiple API’s
• MySQL/Postgres/MSSQL
• Strong knowledge in web programming HTML/CSS/Javascript
• Exposure to Bootstrap 3-4 is a plus as well as skills in Web User Interface Design (UI)
• Strong Linux knowledge
• Working knowledge of VMware, Openstack or Azure APIs
• Knowledge of RMM solution APIs (Connectwise, Solarwinds, Autotask)

• Excellent use of English language and overall strong communication skills
• Strong time management and teamwork
• Ability to work flexible hours to support international clients & team members
