About The Role
EKC Group are looking for a HR Business Partner to join our team. Reporting to the HR Director, you will lead the execution of strategic and operational people initiatives working with teams, building partnerships with managers and key stakeholders to help build organisation and people capability, creating, shaping and implementing influential people strategies and activities within EKC Group.
Our HR Business Partners provide high quality and timely people insights, coaching and support. Each Partner works with a portfolio consisting of both colleges and business units within the organisation. You will support leaders in developing high performing and engaged teams and will coach managers to enable them to get the best from their people.About You
We are looking for an experienced, committed and proactive HR Professional / Business Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of employment law so that contractual and legislative requirements can be met. Ideally a member of CIPD. This opportunity will suit candidates with multisite experience and a flexible approach.
You will have good communication and presentation skills as well as an assertive and influencing manner, whilst being able to successfully build and develop excellent working relationships with senior managers and be a team player.
