We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, providing accurate information about products and services, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
• Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
• Resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
• Provide feedback to management on customer satisfaction and areas of improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour
