EIMS Hiring for Key Account Manager Full Time

EIMS (www.eims.biz); a fast growing global IT sales and marketing agency (we have 600+ employees and +20% YOY growth) with offices in London, Miami, Barcelona, Auckland & South-Africa, is currently seeking for an experienced Account Manager to manage the relationship between EIMS and our tech clients.

We have over 26 years of expertise in working with high-end (50+) technology companies across the globe to help them sell better, faster & more effectively with the outcome of delivering the best ROI. We do that by providing end to end solution across 4 core services:

• Digital Marketing/ Demand generation
• Appointment setting
• Outsourced Sales and Account Management
• Outsourced Channel Management

Key Responsibilities

• Key point of contact between the client and EIMS.
• Manage a portfolio of technology clients with a total revenue of up to $3M/year across multiple clients (1 to 3 key clients).
• Ensuring successful delivery of B2B lead generation and end – to – end sales campaigns across the tech space.
• Lead sales and alignment meetings between EIMS and our clients to ensure ROI optimization.
• Review operational data and make strategic decisions about campaign direction.
• Delivery of Quarterly Business Reviews
• Seek opportunities for growing the accounts and revenue by selling additional services and/or entering new FOPs

To be successful, you will need

• 1 – 2 years’ as an Account Manager, where your role was to directly manage at least 2 key clients.
• Previous experience of helping clients increase their pipeline, sales or revenue
• 2+ years’ utilising the following skills: Commercial acronym, delivering complex commercial messages, negotiation skills, quarterly business reviews, running sales and marketing campaigns across the tech space.
