Our client is a powerhouse in the world of Civil Infrastructure, soaring to new heights with their rapid growth. But success is only half the story – they put their people first, always striving for employee satisfaction.

With 200+ employees and a prediction of a 30% headcount growth in the next year, this role will be fundamental in establishing strong recruitment and attraction strategies to ensure a robust pipeline of quality employees.

Key Deliverables

• Collaborate with the executive team to develop effective strategic attraction and recruitment strategies that align with the company goals, values and direction.
• Implementing employee retention strategies such as team-building activities, employee engagement programs and recognition initiatives.
• Continuous learning, development and optimisation is at the core of this company. Assist in the development and continuation of these processes across the HR functions.
• Bridging management and employee relations by addressing grievances or issues in a timely and respectful manner.
• Implement and facilitate plans to enhance workforce efficiency to maximise organisational performance as well as addressing succession planning in critical roles and skillsets.

To be successful in this role

• You are an expert in your field and the CEO wants your input. You are passionate about analysing current processes and proposing new and effective ones to executive teams.
• Recruitment tools such as Seek Talent Search and LinkedIn Recruiter will be a valuable skillset to have under your belt.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic initiatives related to people, culture and recruitment.
• You have experience in an HR leadership or management position and feel confident leading and mentoring existing and new staff.
• You hold tertiary qualification/s in Human Resources or similar.
