We’re also super flexible with time. All we care about is that you’re happy and the clients are happy. As long as you get your work done on time and to a high standard, we don’t care about where you’re working or what hours you’re working.

As a Social Media Account Manager, your role is client-facing so if you are in a different time zone you will need to skew your work hours towards your clients so you are available when they are.

Here’s what you’ll need to do: 

👉Primary Responsibility: Provide essential support to the Senior Account Manager in all aspects of client account management, ensuring smooth operations and successful execution of social media marketing strategies.

👉Serve as the secondary point of contact for clients, promptly responding to inquiries and emails.

👉Assist in overseeing client campaigns and deliverables, ensuring they are on track and delivered within established deadlines.

👉Manage social media accounts and profiles, including content scheduling, posting, and moderation.

👉Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms to provide insights and recommendations to clients.

👉Assist in reviewing and adjusting paid advertising budgets to meet monthly targets.

👉Collaborate with our team to develop creative content strategies and campaigns that align with client objectives and target audiences.

👉Contribute innovative ideas during brainstorming sessions to enhance client campaigns and deliver exceptional results.

👉Provide clear and concise briefs to our copywriters and collaborate with them to ensure the production of high-quality content.

We’d love it if you had…

• Agency experience is a MUST.
• Min 2 years experience using Facebook Business Manager is required.
• Social Media Management Platforms: Proficiency in using social media management tools such SproutSocial.
• Graphic Design skills are beneficial but the ability to brief a designer is essential.
• eCommerce experience
• Social Media Advertising Platforms: Familiarity with social media advertising platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, or LinkedIn Ads is valuable. Knowledge of creating and managing ad campaigns, targeting specific audiences, and optimising ad performance is essential.
• Social Listening and Analytics Tools: Understanding and using social listening tools. Proficiency in social media analytics tools like Sprout Social, Google Analytics, or Facebook Insights is also beneficial for tracking campaign performance and measuring key metrics and including but not limited to attribution, funnels, audiences/demographics, and devices. Can create insightful client-facing s from this data that speak to clients’ business goals.
• Content Creation and Design Tools: Proficiency in graphic design software like Adobe Photoshop or Canva is advantageous.
• Influencer Marketing Platforms: Knowledge of influencer marketing platforms
• Previous client management experience
