Plan on working from a beachside villa in Bali? Awesome. That’s 100% possible with our remote working policy. We love for our employees to live amazing lives and want you to feel free to work from anywhere.
We’re also super flexible with time. All we care about is that you’re happy and the clients are happy. As long as you get your work done on time and to a high standard, we don’t care about where you’re working or what hours you’re working.
As a Social Media Account Manager, your role is client-facing so if you are in a different time zone you will need to skew your work hours towards your clients so you are available when they are.

As we scale our business, we’ll need to fill higher positions- and you can bet we’ll be looking at you. We have a Chief Behavioural Scientist who we poached from teaching MBA students in the top program in Australia and you’ll have access to our founder Marcus who (in addition to being a lovely fellow) knows freakin’ heaps about kicking butt in social media (no, Marcus didn’t write this).
We also offer extensive Instagram and Facebook ads training courses, to which you will have full access to grow your client’s accounts. If you want to take a course on something innovative and new within the digital space, let us know! We’re all ears.

Here’s what you’ll need to do:
Primary Responsibility: Provide essential support to the Senior Account Manager in all aspects of client account management, ensuring smooth operations and successful execution of social media marketing strategies.
Serve as the secondary point of contact for clients, promptly responding to inquiries and emails.
Assist in overseeing client campaigns and deliverables, ensuring they are on track and delivered within established deadlines.
Manage social media accounts and profiles, including content scheduling, posting, and moderation.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
Assist in reviewing and adjusting paid advertising budgets to meet monthly targets.
Collaborate with our team to develop creative content strategies and campaigns that align with client objectives and target audiences.
Contribute innovative ideas during brainstorming sessions to enhance client campaigns and deliver exceptional results.
Provide clear and concise briefs to our copywriters and collaborate with them to ensure the production of high-quality content.
