Responsibilities:
The CFO works closely with the President/CEO and Plant Manager to drive the company’s financial and business strategies. The CFO will lead and manage all accounting and financial activities, analyzing liabilities and investments and filing required s and public documents. The CFO will directly to the President/CEO.
Qualifications:
Qualifications include a Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance with proven experience as a CFO or Finance Officer. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of accounting principles and practices, SEC regulatory requirements, and strong manufacturing business acumen. Essential to this position is critical judgment and decision-making abilities to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines. MBA and/or CPA highly desirable.
