Summary
This position will support the operations of packaging, shipping, purchasing and supply chain for EHOB Inc.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Place orders for products and supplies.
Tracking the progress of all shipments and addressing problems.
Facilitate the shipping of products from one destination to another.
Receive products and coordinates delivery.
Posts Purchase Order receipts in Traverse.
Performs daily functions for Derma Care Products.
Take steps to avoid quality control issues. Become an integral part of the MRB team.
Manages activities throughout the order fulfilment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met.
Records vendor KPI’s on weekly basis.
Provides oversite on cycle counts, scrap, and inventory of goods and materials.
Streamlines shipping, packaging, and purchasing processes.
Work with Engineering group on maintaining current supplier drawings. Become strong user in QT9.
Point of contact for controlled documents to / from vendors.
Oversees international shipments; paperwork preparation, quoting and scheduling.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education and/or Experience
Two-year degree required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. 2-4 years’ experience in logistics, inventory or operations management preferred.

Language skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
Mathematical skills: Ability to work with mathematical concepts.
Reasoning: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of information.
Computer skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
