The Job in a Nutshell

• Assist team members with administrative tasks such as:
• Respond to incoming calls and redirect them as necessary
• Coordinates and handles tasks that keep the office running smoothly (order supplies, keep paperwork and areas organized, etc.)
• Perform some light bookkeeping activities
• Organize team lunches and events
• Pull and coordinate daily s
• Assist other team members when needed with special projects
• Receive and process credit card payments
• Perform data entry and file paperwork
• Other duties as assigned

• 2+ years of administrative assistant experience or an Associates Degree

Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
