One of the four HR team members will be going on maternity leave in October / November and my client have decided to bring somebody in early so a long hand over can be completed.
This contract will be 12 months, starting mid to late August. The official title is HR Analyst although I assess that HR Associate level candidates with 4+ years experience are about right.
The team consists of an HR Director, an HR Associate, this position and a junior as well as an EA who assists with the administration.
The present incumbent and the HR Associate work together exceptionally well and the successful candidate will be the one who can work as part of this close nit team.
This role will give the successful candidate excellent exposure to senior stakeholders both internal and external.
