REQUIREMENTS:

– Must have own equipment

– Must have DOT & MC number active

–Must have MC active 90 days, If not how long MC been active

– Must have active up to date CDL/non Driver License

– Must have a SEMI TRUCK OR 26 ft box truck with lift gate

– Must have pallet jack and box truck equipment

– Communication is key

– Must have ELD equipment

– Must have Factoring Company

– Must have Medical DOT Card

– Must have $1 million dollar liability coverage and 100k cargo insurance
