Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent for various positions.
• Conduct thorough candidate searches using online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and other channels to identify potential candidates.
• Engage with candidates, promoting our company and job opportunities to generate interest and excitement.
• Conduct interviews and qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for new candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, including necessary paperwork, orientation, and integration into the team.
• Set and achieve daily sourcing and hiring goals to meet the talent demands of the organization.
• Foster a positive team environment through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and support.
• Bring an outgoing and fun energy to the workplace, contributing to a positive and engaging culture.

Requirements:

• Strong sales and negotiation skills to effectively engage and sell job opportunities to candidates.
• Experience in conducting interviews and assessing candidates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring goals.
• Strong team player with a positive and outgoing personality.
• Enthusiasm and passion for creating a fun and energetic workplace.
