JOB SUMMARY

The Talent Acquisition Specialist partners with hiring managers to gather industry knowledge and understand gaps in talent to effectively source qualified candidates, creating strong talent pipelines for our Company’s current and future hiring needs. Provide full lifecycle recruiting to provide customer service for prospective employees throughout the recruiting process in order to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new employees and provide high-quality interactions throughout the candidate journey.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and level-set expectations.
• Determine selection criteria and source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details utilizing our Applicant Tracking System.
• Assist in designing job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
• Stay up to date with Industry trends to understand the needs of the hiring manager and the qualifications of prospective employees.
• Increase speed to hire.
• Create Talent Pools and network to enhance Employer Brand.
• Network with ACNA TAS network.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 4+ years hands-on experience of full-cycle recruitment using a broad base of interview techniques and evaluation methods.
• B.S. Degree or equivalent post-graduate professional HR qualification desirable.
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to develop long-term recruiting strategies to support local business needs
