Could you play a key role in supporting the ambitious growth plans of our Customer Centre (CC)? Are you looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist role where your influence spans across multiple European countries as a recruitment partner for hiring managers and local HR colleagues?
In direct support of business growth, we are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us on a fixed term contract for 12 months. You will report to the CC HR Manager and work closely with the hiring managers as well as local HR colleagues across our territory, covering the North and East of Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Your mission is to drive all recruitment activity for the CC to ensure we attract the best talent to realise our growth ambitions in our territory whilst providing a positive candidate experience and promoting our brands. You will partner with hiring managers to guide and support end-to-end recruitment best practice, including onboarding and induction. Collaborating closely with local HR colleagues across Europe to implement the most effective recruitment strategy for each role and support as necessary with system updates, advertising, active searching, agency involvement, approval chain compliance and so on will be key to success in this role. In addition, you will partner with the CC HR Manager to define and implement the CC early career strategy and associated initiatives.
