Edwards Ltd Hiring for Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contract) Job at Burgess Hill, England Full Time

Could you play a key role in supporting the ambitious growth plans of our Customer Centre (CC)? Are you looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist role where your influence spans across multiple European countries as a recruitment partner for hiring managers and local HR colleagues?

In direct support of business growth, we are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us on a fixed term contract for 12 months. You will report to the CC HR Manager and work closely with the hiring managers as well as local HR colleagues across our territory, covering the North and East of Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Your mission is to drive all recruitment activity for the CC to ensure we attract the best talent to realise our growth ambitions in our territory whilst providing a positive candidate experience and promoting our brands. You will partner with hiring managers to guide and support end-to-end recruitment best practice, including onboarding and induction. Collaborating closely with local HR colleagues across Europe to implement the most effective recruitment strategy for each role and support as necessary with system updates, advertising, active searching, agency involvement, approval chain compliance and so on will be key to success in this role. In addition, you will partner with the CC HR Manager to define and implement the CC early career strategy and associated initiatives.

What we are looking for:

• Experienced, confident and proactive Talent Acquisition professional with excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Experience in end to end recruitment and selection processes and comfortable operating within a continuously changing and evolving environment
• Previous experience recruiting for service engineers or technical sales and having worked in a global matrix organisation would be a bonus
• Strong customer focus with ability to quickly build relationships with hiring managers and local HR colleagues, in person and remotely, will be critical in this role
• Self-starter with a great work ethic and collaborative mentality
• Able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously and prioritize own work
• Strong attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HR Systems (e.g. SuccessFactors)
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (LinkedIn etc.)
• Fluent in English language, written and verbal, with excellent communication skills

Please note that this is a fixed term contract (12 months) and the role will be based in Burgess Hill (UK) with some remote working.
