Responsibilities

• Responsible for all accounting, reporting and financial planning and analysis activities for ANZ
• Advise general manager and commercial leaders on financial, operational, strategic issues
• Synthesize and forecast data and turn into meaningful intelligence and actionable insights for the business
• Set finance strategy to optimize business processes by assessing business needs and developing, proposing and implementing solutions
• Direct tax, reporting, banking, treasury, internal/external audits and compliance activities
• Act as liaison to Corporate functions and Business Unit leaders in headquarters’ office in Irvine
• Partner with JAPAC Controller and FP&A leads on implementation of best practices and leveraging the Business Service Center in Kuala Lumpur

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required
• Advanced degree and/or professional certification (CMA, CA, CPA) a plus

• 5-8 years progressive experience in leadership and people management positions
• Healthcare or regulated industry and/or international experience preferred
