As part of the Talent Acquisition Operations organization at Edward Jones, you’ll play a key role in
enabling the delivery of the talent and teams powering our industry-leading client
experiences. As Senior Reporting Specialist, you’ll design, deliver, and interpret key insights
related to the performance of our recruiting organization and teams, stakeholder experiences, and
external talent market intelligence. The data and insights you deliver are key to enabling informed
leadership decisions, process improvements, and powerful recruiter consultation tools impacting our hiring
outcomes and experiences. Beyond data generation, you’ll coach and train others on how to engage, inform, and influence others through use of insights and data storytelling.

Position Requirements:
4+ years of business experience developing, maintaining, and interpreting data, reports, and insights

• Strong analytical and reporting skills, ability to create user-centered data visualizations
• Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge (required-experience with pivot tables and advanced formulas; desired-creating & using macros)
• Consultative mindset, experience working directly with business owners to field requirements and interpret results
• Demonstrated experience leading medium-level projects with systems, process, and data complexities
• Strong self-starter and growth mindset, passion for innovation and staying abreast of changing technology and methodologies

Position Preferences:

• Experience with Tableau desktop tools strongly preferred
• Experience developing and interpreting people-related insights and analytics strongly preferred
• Experience with recruiting technologies and processes highly preferred
