Educational Solutions, LLC is hiring to staff a four year long Comprehensive State Literacy Grant. Educational Solutions, LLC is hiring one reading specialist and one literacy mentor. The Reading Specialist will be responsible for testing students to determine the reading caseload, planning literacy instruction and activities, working with students in a one-on-one or small group setting, and coordinating with teachers and administrators. The Literacy Mentor will be responsible for training and mentoring a caseload of teachers. The mentor will lead the teachers through a ten part Reading Rockets professional development series, perform classroom observations, model literacy activities, and provide verbal and written feedback to teachers.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year

COVID-19 considerations:
Due to an order by Washington, D.C.’s mayor, the positions require that all staff be either vaccinated or have proof of a religious or medical exemption. Additionally, the school currently has a mask mandate and social distancing policies in place.
