Educational College Hiring for Education Marketing Representative Job at Windsor Full Time

We are a well known established vocational education institution (CRICOS provider) located in Richmond/Windsor NSW 2756.

About the Role

We are looking for Education Marketing Representative Officers with previous work experience in the international education industry (is a MUST) to develop, expand and explore markets and engage on a daily basis with education agents for our college expansion and assist in promoting us onshore and offshore to enrol international students.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Report to the Business Development Director
• Building an international student portfolio of international students and Education Agents
• Develop new recruitment channels and expand the existing network for both onshore and offshore International student recruitment
• Design and implement strategic marketing campaigns to generate more leads
• Identify new opportunities for promotional activities and marketing campaigns
• Assist in producing marketing brochures, flyers and digital advertisement
• Provide active contributions to social media campaigns
• Arrange social activities and external marketing activities
• Develop and build strong client relationships with Onshore and Offshore Education Agents to secure ongoing agreements and boost the number of enrolment.
• Keep accurate records of the Education Agents database in accordance with the Institute’s procedures
• Ability to meet deadlines and marketing targets
• Work to KPI’s and sales targets (essential)

Skills and experience

• Knowledge of international education service or international student background an advantage
• Energetic, willing to learn, great team player, ambitious.
• Fluency in English plus any other languages will be highly considered
• The ability to provide exceptional marketing skills and student service
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, including the ability to manage and complete a variety of tasks with daily deadlines;
• Proven experience and skills as listed above must be detailed on the cover letter of your resume.

Salary: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

COVID-19 considerations:
Staff, students and visitors are required to wear mask, sanitise their hands, maintain a social distancing and scan the QR code when entering the premises.
Currently, staff are working remotely (from home) and students are studying online (temporarily).
