Education to Employment Partners Hiring for Digital Marketing Specialist Full Time

Support education in South Texas and be part of a rapidly growing, local non-profit organization. The Digital Marketing Specialist will provide direct support to the Executive Director and Special Projects Manager by supporting the development, implementation, and coordination of print media, social media and website maintenance activities.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing a digital marketing strategy
• Creating visual concepts for promotional activities
• Managing the digital marketing calendar
• Maintaining the online presence and reputation of the company
• Overseeing the creation and maintenance of social media content
• Tracking digital marketing performance
• Creating and updating digital marketing s
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements and qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or similar field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role
• Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics
• Experience with Word Press
• Experience with HootSuite or other digital marketing automation software
• Knowledge of web publishing
• Proficiency with SEO tools
• Superb verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
