About the Role

The Global Marketing Manager role forms part of the Marketing team. The role will contribute to the development and execution of our marketing strategy and lead the planning and execution for a range of global marketing activities. This includes developing, implementing and monitoring campaigns and acquisition programs; supporting our web presence to drive inbound opportunities; planning, supporting and delivering a range of brand awareness and thought leadership activities; and positioning our products and company to address marketing communication challenges for new and existing customers. ing directly to our Global Head of Marketing, the successful candidate will be a marketing all-rounder with proven experience in:

• Building and delivering multi-channel marketing / customer engagement strategy and activities
• Working with subject matter experts to help create engaging marketing content
• Identifying, connecting and engaging B2B customers around the world
• Using data to plan, monitor and on the impact of marketing activities

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, build and manage effective campaigns and programmes using multi-channels (preferably digital channels), such as webinars, EDM, advertising and direct mail, with the aim of managing leads through the sales funnel, leading to a healthy conversion rate
• Manage online brands and thought leadership campaigns
• Help development and optimisation of website content custom landing pages and online promotions, improve usability, design, content and conversion of the company website
• Support research, facilitation and promotion of customer references including case studies
• Brief and manage agency relationships to work on marketing led activities, including design, video production, copywriters, SEO, SEM and other external agencies
• Maintain accurate records of all activities and provide ing and analysis to support the Global Head of Marketing to deliver a high standard of ing and compliance

About you

• Strong Digital Marketing background, with proven experience in campaign management, online content management, digital acquisition initiatives and SEO
• Exceptional writing skills (storytelling) with the ability to adopt our brand tone of voice
• Ability to use Marketing Automation & CRM platforms, including Salesforce and Marketo or alternative marketing platforms such as ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo etc.
• Impressive planning, time management, proactive problem solving and people skills, able to work effectively in complex and evolving environments including both leading and supporting cross-functional project teams
• Experienced in managing paid ads though various channels such as Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube and Google
