About the Role: As the Team Leader, Human Resources you will have responsibility for the following:

• Lead and supervise a team undertaking HR services including workforce planning, workplace reform, recruitment and selection and staff leave, and prioritise workload to ensure that the HR service and programs are delivered within operational timeframes.
• Review HR systems, practices, processes and procedures, and implement changes where required, to ensure continued efficient and effective delivery of quality HR services within the school/college ensuring alignment with departmental policies, directives and legislation.
• Oversee EB implementation and School Budget Solution (SBS), escalated staff performance issues and staff complaints to resolution and/or provide recommendations for resolution to Leadership team.
• Implement operational aspects of human resources frameworks, initiatives and policies to ensure delivery of quality HR Services in alignment with business strategy and planning.
• Provide authoritative advice and recommendations on a range of HR management matters, including the analysis of potential risk, to the school’s Leadership team, to support informed strategic decision making.
