Education Dynamics is looking for self-motivated, driven individuals for our Work from Home Outbound Sales role. Flexible schedules are offered! Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required!

WHAT DOES A WORK FROM HOME OUTBOUND SALES REP DO?
Responsible for the following tasks:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students via our dialing system
• Assist individuals by matching them with college and trade school opportunities that suit their needs and goals
• Work a full-time schedule (40 hours per week)
• Consistently meet and exceed attainable sales and quality assurance requirements

• We offer flexible schedules: our open hours are Monday-Thursday 7am CST-6pm CST, and Friday 7am CST-5pm CST. We ask that you work 40 hours each week, but you decide when you want to work!

• A full-time, direct hire position with a competitive salary (Your initial base pay will be $13/hour during your first 30 days of employment). After completion of the ramp-up period your base pay will be adjusted to $10 per hour + uncapped commission potential)
