Job Title: EYP Learning Coordinator, Early Years

Location: Reading (with some flexibility for hybrid or remote working)

Salary: £28,000 per annum

Contract type: Permanent, full-time position (35 hours per week)

These are exciting times at Education Development Trust. Having secured a number of important new programmes in recent months to support education settings around England, we are seeking a EYP Learning Coordinator to assist in the delivery of a successful customer engagement plan.

The EYP Learning Coordinator will support and track learners towards timely completion of the Early Years Professional Development Programme (EYPDP) online learning journey through our Virtual Learning Environment (VLE), from onboarding through to completion.

You will have:

• Experience of supporting learners in a Further Education / Higher Level Education (or similar) institution

• Experience of working with a large number of learners

• Experience of effective engagement with learners

• Experience of working with online management systems, portals and ePortfolios

• Evidence of having operated in a pressurised environment

• Experience of working on multiple projects and tasks

Ideally you will have a digital related degree or equivalent qualification and a knowledge of the education and training sector.
