Position Summary:
As the TA Partner, you will be responsible for building a dynamic recruitment strategy. In partnership with hiring managers, you will provide guidance to successfully identify, attract and evaluate top talent.

The successful candidate will take full ownership of the full life cycle recruiting process, as well as contribute to other strategic initiatives as required. This role is responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations and on-boarding, all while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the full recruitment life cycle, from planning with internal stakeholders through recruitment strategy, create job descriptions, including position requirements, publish via online channels, job boards and social media platforms, contact and engage candidates, support managers with interviews, ensure a smooth overall process and an excellent candidate experience.
• Act as a sounding board for hiring managers and challenge assumptions on traditional talent pools and relevant skills. Seek to innovate by creating a diverse pool of talent for all relevant areas.
• Identify recruiting strategies and resources, including potential agencies, job boards and social media platforms. Manage relationships with staffing agencies, including relevant contracts.
• Responsible for managing the overall interview, selection, and closing process.
• Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and perform phone screens.
• Coach and train hiring managers on aspects of the process as required.
• Gather insights about trends and developments in recruitment practices from the external marketplace and make recommendations where necessary.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for the recruitment process, understand the competitive landscape and the usage of sourcing channels to strengthen our recruitment practices and strategy to support business needs.
• Perform reference checks as need
• Manage and facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiation of employment terms.
• Support the onboarding and new hire process in partnership with the hiring manager.
• Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
• Other duties as assigned

Skills/Competencies/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 3 – 5 years of recruiting experience
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable making decisions independently
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems
• Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Working knowledge of interview and applicant screening techniques, and negotiation methods
• Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations
• Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
• Ability to travel for conferences/exhibits/as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $75,000.00 per year
