Our client, a nationwide professional services consulting firm, is currently seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to join their high-energy human resources department as a direct placement.

The TA Partner will be hybrid in their Milwaukee offices and join a team of talented professionals. As a crucial member of the team, you will :

• Utilize innovative sourcing tools and techniques to attract top-tier talent.
• Cultivate strong partnerships with management to identify and select the best candidates for open positions and promotional opportunities.
• Conduct interviews and contribute ideas for process improvements.
• Provide training to managers on the company’s hiring policies and procedures.
• Participate in campus outreach efforts.

Qualifications :

An associate degree (or higher) in human resources, business administration, or social sciences, along with at least two years of talent acquisition experience;

OR At least four years of talent acquisition experience if no degree.

• Prior talent acquisition experience with a full-service A / E firm.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Knowledge of regulatory / legal compliance issues related to recruiting, including affirmative action.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully partner and consult with managers for selecting outstanding candidates.
• Experience with applicant tracking software (iCIMS experience is a plus).
