Responsibilities of Education Director:
- Conducting monthly follow-up parent conferences.
- Meeting regularly with school teachers and guidance counselors on behalf of Huntington students.
- Assessing and monitoring student progress and making alterations to individual student programs as required.
- Participating in local community and school-based marketing initiatives.
- Administering initial evaluations and instructing new students.
- Assuming Center daily management responsibilities in the absence of the Center Director.
Required Qualifications of Education Director:
- A 4-year degree.
- 2-5 years of education, management, or related experience preferred.
- An enthusiastic, outgoing, and team-oriented personality.
- Motivation to take the initiative to ensure that a student’s time at Huntington is memorable.
- Assertive communication skills.
- A confident and flexible demeanor.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high levels of self-motivation.
