Responsibilities of Education Director:
Conducting monthly follow-up parent conferences.

Meeting regularly with school teachers and guidance counselors on behalf of Huntington students.

Assessing and monitoring student progress and making alterations to individual student programs as required.

Participating in local community and school-based marketing initiatives.

Administering initial evaluations and instructing new students.

Assuming Center daily management responsibilities in the absence of the Center Director.

Required Qualifications of Education Director:
A 4-year degree.

2-5 years of education, management, or related experience preferred.

An enthusiastic, outgoing, and team-oriented personality.

Motivation to take the initiative to ensure that a student’s time at Huntington is memorable.

Assertive communication skills.

A confident and flexible demeanor.

The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high levels of self-motivation.
