EDPS Property Services is Looking for Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader Full Time

EDPS Property Service is an all season property management company serving commercial and residential properties, all across GTA . We are on the hunt for enthusiastic, results-driven individuals looking to join a growing team!

Responsibilities

• Responsible for general property maintenance duties such as mowing, trimming lawn edges, weeding, pruning tree’s and Hedges, cultivating, planting, lawn repairs, leaf clean ups, or as directed by Team Lead
• Use tools and other necessary equipment to complete job tasks such as lawn mowers, hedge trimmers, edge trimmers, commercial lawn mowers, carts, dollies, shovels and manual lifting
• Perform other manual duties to clean and maintain landscaped environments
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures while performing duties

Requirements

• Previous experience in Lawn mowing, landscaping, trimming, etc is a definite asset
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable, Punctual and Team-oriented
• Good customer service skills
• Detail oriented

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $19.00-$25.00 per hour

• Day shift
• Weekend availability

Experience:

• Lawn Maintenance: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• G Drivers License (required)
