Required skills and experience:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or comparable experience/training. Demonstrated minimum 4 years within Application development roles in a mid-sized organisation, with 3 years’ software development experience.
While not mandatory, knowledge or experience using Salesforce (or an alternate CRM) is highly desirable
Working knowledge of and experience in cross cloud Salesforce development (Sales, Service, Community)
Salesforce development experience with Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, SLDS, and Lightning frameworks
Proficiency with Salesforce application development and configuration tools (Process Builder, Flow Builder, SOQL, Data Loader)
Understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce platform
Understanding of Salesforce data model and data architecture principles
Understanding of Salesforce configuration management best practices and experience with supporting tools (e.g. Copado)
SQL proficiency, PL/SQL experience
