Edith Cowan University Hiring for Finance Coordinator (Open to ECU Staff Only) Job at Mt Lawley Full Time

The finance teams deliver high quality financial management and business support to Schools and Service Centres including, but not limited to, assistance with compliance issues, management reports, budgeting and support in the development of research grant budgets. The Finance Coordinator’s role provides a range of accounting support services in delivery of the finance team’s objectives.

Successful applicants will have a degree qualification in a relevant field with a major in Accounting (typically Business, Commerce or Management) OR equivalent level of expertise gained from a combination of experience, training or professional accreditation. Membership to a professional accounting body is preferred. The ideal candidate must have a working knowledge of accounting concepts, principles, practices and procedures, and of computer-based accounting systems (preferably Oracle Financials) and Microsoft Office, with excellent analytical and problem solving skills and a strong focus on customer service.

You will also demonstrate personal attributes that are congruent with the University’s values of Integrity, Respect, Rational Inquiry, Personal Excellence, and Courage.

Benefits & Remuneration

This full time, ongoing position attracts the remuneration of $82,658 to $89,180 plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
