Who we’re looking for:

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to help our company attract and select excellent employees. You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover top talent, while ensuring great relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders. To excel in this role, we expect this individual to be experienced in full life cycle recruiting, have a strong eye for talent and possess a passion to help people find success in a great company. This is a “working manager” role including team leadership responsibilities as well as personal responsibility for the recruiting process.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Manage full life cycle recruiting including, sourcing, candidate generation, offer negotiation, and onboarding for all roles within the organization.
• Create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles and functions.
• Work effectively with candidates, hiring managers and stakeholders to drive alignment and consensus throughout the recruitment process; deliver consistent and exceptional service experience.
• Manage Applicant Tracking System while developing and maintaining a pipeline of candidates for future positions and critical roles.
• Partner with hiring leaders and stakeholders to understand upcoming recruiting needs, business objectives, and initiatives.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to author, update and maintain detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
• Create, track, and analyze TA metrics to identify trends/opportunities for improvement; implement processes, systems and tools to continuously develop the function.
• Coordinate advertisement placement, attend job fairs, and manage relationships with referral sources to support and encourage proactive recruitment initiatives company-wide.
• Champion diversity and culture in all aspects of the hiring process.

And here’s what we think you’re like:

• 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience in a corporate environment
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition leader
• Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or another relevant field preferred
• Agency/Technical Recruiting Skills are a plus
• Demonstrated ability to build robust pipelines of candidates for current and future roles
• Understanding of selection methods and techniques
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and other databases
• Excellent communication skills
• A passionate, well organized, get it done HR professional
• A leader and strategic thinker
