• Roles & Responsibilities The daily responsibilities require you to motivate, educate, coach, and guide the team. The purpose of the job is to supervise customer service representatives in the performance of daily duties, performance, and development. Ensure that goals are attained on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, working in conjunction with management and other peers in the department. Ensuring employees adhere to EdFinancial’s policies and procedures. Assure that regulatory industry policy and contractual requirements are met. Provide coaching as necessary. statistics to management as requested.
• Required Experience & Skills
• Ability to learn quickly through continuous Comprehensive Training
  Assist in training as needed on new contract needs
  Multi-tasking skills including time management
  Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  Superior customer service skills
  High attention to detail
  Willingness to work some night shifts
  Degree or Veterans preferred but not required
  Must not currently be in default on student loans
  Must pass a Federal Clearance background check
  Experience with MS Office
