Scope of Job:
Responsible for creating an amazing employee experience for the employees of EDF-Renewables in North America. Assists in amplifying the employer branding; implement diversity, equity & inclusion solutions, promotes the rotational Training and Internship programs, represents EDFR-NA internally and externally. Partners with the Communications department to promote employee recognition and key employee communications across North America.

Normal office duty requirements.
Working Conditions:
95% of time is spent in the office environment, utilizing computers (frequent use of various Microsoft software/programs), phones, and general office equipment. 5% of time is spent outside of the office visiting vendors’ and/or internal customers’ sites in additional to attending various conferences and meetings. The position provides a hybrid working model.
