Reporting to the Head of Business Partners the HR Business Partner will be an integral part of an HR team as well as occupying a key role in the senior management teams of up to three executive directors. You will be tenacious and resilient about getting to grips with the challenges they face and help them to deliver effective solutions.
The successful candidate will be influential at all levels. You’ll support the cultural and people aspects of change, organisational design, talent and succession planning, D&I as well as driving efficiency and improvement in key cyclical activities, reward, performance management and work force planning.

The role will be based out of one of our offices in Central London, Durham or Edinburgh, but as a support function to the wider business, there will be travel across our sites as well as hybrid working opportunities.
