We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our small, friendly and highly efficient Human Resources department to lead on and oversee our full-cycle recruiting. The role holder will source candidates through various channels, planning interviews and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events. The role holder will be required to source candidates for the entire UK business, from roles in Technology, Marketing and Creative, to professionals’ services through to specialist client facing and sales roles.

You will be accountable for

• Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
• Defining and determining selection criteria
• Source potential candidates through existing channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks etc.)
• Identify new sourcing channels to give Edenred UK the best advantage
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
• Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
• Organise and attend job fairs and recruitment events
• Forecast hiring needs by department
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
• Control the recruitment budget
• Own and deliver the candidate experience from application to onboarding

• Someone who loves setting targets and hitting them
• Never settling for status quo instead striving to continually improve
• Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist/ Generalist Recruiter
• Familiarity with social media, resume/ CV databases and professional networks
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within the organisation
• Able to manage multiple stakeholders from hiring managers to candidates

Nice to have

• An understanding of employee benefit, engagement and incentive solutions is useful, but not essential.

Other details

• Reporting to Director of Human Resources
• Full time, 35 hours per week (and as required to fulfil job requirements)
• London or Chester based with opportunity to work from home on a hybrid pattern
