Eden Futures Hiring for Resourcing Manager – 12 Month FTC Maternity Cover Job at Remote Full Time

Job Introduction

We are Eden Futures, and we deliver exceptional support services for people aged 18 and over who have learning disabilities, autism, mental ill health and associated complex needs.

We are looking to recruit an experienced Resourcing Manager as a maternity cover on a fixed term contact for up to 1 year (September 2023).

The Resourcing Manager is responsible for the proactive alignment of resourcing to Eden Futures’ business objectives of growth. The Resourcing Manager takes ownership of the end-to-end recruitment processes, connecting successfully with stakeholders to add value to what we do. Main Responsibility

• Developing and delivering the recruitment strategy that provides a positive candidate and hiring manager experience; and
• Designing and delivering repeatable and innovative talent sourcing, multi-location and high-volume strategies, that deliver against headcount plans, on time and on budget
• Exploring recruitment channels and taking a proactive approach in a competitive recruitment market
• Develop processes to ensure efficient and proactive recruitment practices are in place
• Compile and analyse key recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and to measure success
• Work with stakeholders to ensure vacancy requirements are accurately identified and fulfilled
• Identify and implement ways of improving candidate experience from first contact to onboarding
• Manage Apprenticeship pipeline to consider longer term needs and resourcing strategy
• Accountability for Head office and senior leadership recruitment
• Develop and enhance our employer brand on social media channels
• Ensure open vacancies are efficiently and effectively managed focusing on quality of hire as well as speed of delivery
• Provide guidance to those involved in the hiring process such that they understand the recruitment process, best practice, relevant selection techniques and their role in the selection process
• Ascertain candidate and hiring manager feedback in order to measure recruitment performance and develop actions plans for continuous improvement
• Ensuring consistent review and management of agencies, cost and financial optimisation in the recruiting function
