Eden Futures Hiring for Learning & Development Administrator at Newark-on-Trent Full Time

We are looking for a positive, proactive and enthusiastic Learning & Development Administrator, you will provide a professional point of contact for all staff and visitors whilst providing administrative support to the Learning & Development Team. This pivotal role is an exciting opportunity to think outside the box and make a difference.

Successful candidates will be required to have an Enhanced DBS check prior to commencing employment.

Main Responsibilities

Assist the organisation in the delivery of safe, effective, high-quality support by having employees with the right skills and knowledge

Create training files and maintain databases

Support to ensure candidates are registered, monitored and certificated through the apprenticeship scheme

Undertake general administrative duties

Greet visitors in a courteous manner and provide refreshments / hospitality as needed

Respond to enquiries raised through the training admin email account

Record minutes for team / standardisation meetings and ensure these are accurately typed and distributed
