Eden Brown Synergy Hiring for Recruitment Consultant at West Sussex Full Time

The roles are full time, for 12 months, with a mix of home working and occasional office visits. The roles are paying £174 PAYE + holiday pay or £225 per day through an Umbrella company.

The role

Working with the Recruitment Lead you will be responsible for recruiting permanent members of staff into Local Authorities across the South of England.

You will be responsible for:
Liaising with hiring managers regarding their permanent requirements

Advertising roles

Sourcing candidates

Pre-screening candidates

Attending meetings with hiring managers and HR

Arranging interviews

Working with compliance

We are ideally looking for Recruiters with Public Sector and permanent recruitment experience however we will also look at recruiters with other sector experience.
