Eden Brown Education are working with a Further Education college based in the Romford area, where we are recruiting a HR Recruitment Assistant. The role is a temporary role, initially for 3 months then reviewed.
You will be part of a friendly and supportive HR team and will be assisting mainly in the recruitment process, this will involve
- Recruiting teaching and support staff
- Shortlisting and interviewing applicants
- Working in partnership with PSL agencies
- Helping with the onboarding process including compliance
This role is perfect for someone who comes from a Recruitment/HR back ground, ideally in education sector, however would consider other areas such as public sector.
